Refund policy

Exchanges:
We are happy to exchange shirts you purchased for exchanged size within the 30 days return period. There will be a nominal shipping charge for these exchanges depending on the size/weight of the product.

Returns/Exchange Policy Exceptions:
Please note that All products are custom-made to order. We ask you take care to ensure your order details are accurate.

To request a Return Authorization please call 920-823-2501 or email Customer Service, custservice@mccartneysDogs.com prior to returning the product. Returns should be shipped UPS or USPS. Please include original receipt/packing slip and all product packaging. You will be notified for the amount of check or PayPal invoice for return shipping to you for exchanged shirt size.
